Jones Glassworks - Salmon Bowl - 13" diameter
DISCONTINUED
Two pieces of glass have been heated to 1700 degrees and fused over two paper thin pieces of copper which are in the shape of salmon. The technique of fusing glass can be traced back more than 4,000 years when it was a process used by the Phoenicians to create functional pieces of glass. This piece is not only functional but is also a one-of-a-kind piece of art. Signed and dated.
